The Role The nature of the role includes supporting individuals with budgeting, managing their tenancy, to develop life skills, to support individuals into community opportunities and supporting women to achieve their goals. Working as part of a team supporting women who have been discharged from secure services who have severe and enduring mental health diagnoses. The service delivered is a person-centred approach within a therapeutically driven environment, which puts women at the heart of their recovery. • If you have the following assets, we would love to hear from you: • Positive outlook and a can-do attitude. • Strong skills in supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs. • Enthusiastic and motivated. • Passionate about empowering women. • Work well within a team. The successful candidate will be provided with a standard induction course along with a comprehensive package of specialist training. Closing Hours Per Week Shift pattern: Rolling rota of both day and night shifts. 4 days on, 4 days off
