Client-Side Property Manager Mixed use sites NW London (Hybrid) up to £65k
We are working with a small but well established and highly successful Development/Investment Company who are looking to hire a competent, client-side Property Manager as follows:
1. Small bespoke Development/Investment Company based in a prestigious NW London postcode (you will work 4 days office and 1 day WFH)
2. Managing 15 sites in-house, all prestigious and mixed use (i.e. Blocks with commercial/retail/leisure elements, as well as some BTR and AST)
3. Overseeing Building Safety compliance alongside Major works, Maintenance, Budgets, Insurance and Inspections
4. Liaison with in-house Lettings Teams (Commercial & Residential) providing excellent exposure to all aspects of property management
5. Full autonomy to manage your way reporting directly to the MD
6. Excellent package including competitive basic salary (£65k), pension and private healthcare
7. You will have 5 years block management experience underpinned by a recognised professional accreditation, stable career history and ideally (but not essentially) some exposure to other forms of property and tenures (i.e. LET, Commercial etc.)
