Description
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to support the organization's long-term growth by leading and coordinating critical marketing initiatives. This role combines creativity with execution and plays a key part in driving brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales enablement.
The Marketing Manager will lead efforts around tradeshow planning, product and service promotion, branding, and campaign development, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and an external marketing agency. The ideal candidate is both a big-picture strategist and a detail-oriented executor who understands the value proposition and functionality of our products and services and can effectively communicate it across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive corporate marketing and branding strategy to increase awareness and improve brand positioning across all served industries.
• Monitor and manage progress against strategic goals, using a project management approach and communicating regularly with stakeholders.
• Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices that support brand and product visibility.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines; educate internal teams on proper usage.
Content & Campaign Execution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external marketing partners to develop campaigns that align with business goals.
• Write, review, and approve high-quality marketing content including email campaigns, product literature, case studies, blog posts, sales enablement tools, and website copy.
• Identify and create compelling customer stories and industry-specific content that highlights product value and builds trust.
• Optimize all content for SEO, lead generation, and customer engagement throughout the lifecycle.
Tradeshow & Event Marketing
• Lead planning and execution of local, state, and national tradeshow participation in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Manage logistics, booth design, collateral preparation, and lead follow-up strategy to maximize event ROI.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Develop and execute a compelling social media strategy that promotes new product features, customer success stories, and industry thought leadership.
• Utilize digital marketing tools to enhance product awareness, brand loyalty, and customer sentiment.
• Support brand-building initiatives across email, SEO, content marketing, and other digital platforms.
Customer & Partner Engagement
• Build relationships with key customers and business partners to develop meaningful content and co-branded opportunities.
• Serve as a product expert, understanding the functionality and benefits of our solutions to influence messaging and marketing priorities.
• Prepare key messaging, talking points, and training resources for customer-facing teams to drive consistent communication and excitement.
Marketing Operations & Support
• Support sales and business development efforts with lead generation and qualification initiatives.
• Maintain and update all marketing collateral, including digital assets and printed materials.
• Manage and maintain a marketing video library and ensure appropriate usage by internal teams.
• Recommend and implement tools and processes that make the marketing function more efficient and measurable.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities
• Participate in cross-functional projects as assigned by manager.
• Maintain awareness of and compliance with ISO standards.
• Continuously seek professional development opportunities aligned with role.
• Support the company’s mission, principles, and strategic goals.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a small to mid-sized company.
• Strong experience in tradeshow planning, campaign execution, and content development.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams.
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
