HGV Class 2 Driver – Part Time People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Leicester, Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay, consistent part-time hours, and the chance to work with a respected logistics company. Shifts: • Monday only • 16:00 – 22:30 Rates of Pay: • £15.00 per hour Benefits: • Excellent hourly rates • Ongoing work • Weekly pay • Immediate starts available • Training provided Day-to-Day Duties: • Operate and drive HGV Class 2 (Category C) vehicles safely and efficiently • Complete a dedicated route from Leicester to Leeds and back • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections • Ensure all loads are safe and secure • Follow traffic laws and working time regulations • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers • Report any vehicle faults or maintenance needs to management • No handball or heavy lifting required Essential Skills: • Valid UK Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence • Minimum of six months' experience driving Category C vehicles • Valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card • No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no major endorsements) • Good level of spoken and written English • Excellent punctuality and timekeeping • Strong communication and professionalism Desirable Experience: • Previous commercial driving experience Training Provided: • Full industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment Apply: If you are ready to take on this exciting part-time HGV Class 2 Driver opportunity, apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team to find out more.
