The Customer Service Advisor will be a key part of a growing team, providing front-line support within the UK Sales and Service Organisation. The successful candidate will assist customers across multiple channels, ensuring exceptional service is consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Advisor:
1. Handle customer service duties via telephone and email
2. Process sales orders, returns, and credits
3. Manage order and credit processing
4. Handle enquiries related to: Deliveries, Orders, Discounts, Part numbers, Pricing, Product specifications, Complaints.
5. Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to resolve delivery and stock issues
6. Support Sales Team/Account queries
Required Skills - Customer Service Advisor:
7. Customer service experience via telephone and email
8. Strong customer focus and excellent service skills
9. Team player with the ability to work independently
10. Computer literate and experienced using CRM software/ MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
11. Calm and professional telephone manner
12. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
13. Commutable to the Thurrock RM20 postcode on a daily basis
14. Competent using multiple systems
15. Proactive approach to problem-solving and business operations
Package - Customer Service Advisor:
16. £13.53 per hour
17. Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm (1 hour lunch break)
18. 6-12 month fixed term contract
