The New Westport Corporation are looking for a Level 3 Business Administrator to join their team! Are you a good communicator? Do you have excellent computer skills/knowledge? The New Westport Corporation make high performance bespoke timber windows, doors and fire door-sets for the domestic and commercial marketplace and we're proud to be a successful British manufacturer. We make timber products that combine quality engineering and technical know-how with designs that suit British buildings traditional or contemporary. Within this role you will provide support and assistance to the main offsite CalWin support manager. CalWin is the industry-leading joinery ERP system which helps businesses to design and process timber windows and doors quickly and easily. This will include: Rectify daily CalWin issues for West-Port staff Support the CalWin support manager to improve the systems and procedures Identify areas for system improvements along with the West-Port management team Record all issues raised and resolved for future reference Knowledge and Experience SQL awareness ( would be an advantage) Good knowledge on computer programmes Advanced computer skills Analytically minded Good communication skills Good team player Working Hours Monday - Thursday: 7:45am - 5pm Friday: 8:30am -1pm Annual Leave Entitlement 22.5 Days Salary £7.55 per hour Qualifications Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent ) at grade C/4 or above Benefits
