Overview
Lead the design and development of end-to-end service experiences for new and existing client value propositions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, and opportunities. Translate insights into compelling service blueprints, customer journeys, and prototypes. Facilitate co-creation workshops and design sprints with clients and internal teams. Ensure alignment between service design, business strategy, and technical feasibility. Champion a human-centred design approach across the organisation.
* Proven experience in service design, ideally within a consultancy or innovation-led environment.
* Ability to navigate complex B2B ecosystems and value chains
* Strong business acumen and awareness of commercial opportunity development
* Strong case studies demonstrating end-to-end service design work, from research to implementation, particularly considering large-scale value proposition design.
* Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
* Ability to translate abstract concepts into tangible solutions.
* Experience in retail, media, or data-driven environments is a plus.

You’ll work closely with global clients and cross-functional teams across dunnhumby—including Sales, Product & Tech, Data Science, and Strategy—to co-create impactful, scalable solutions.
