Our client, a reputable main dealership in Southend, Essex, is seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to join their busy and professional team. * Competitive basic salary up to £35,000 per annum, with a potential OTE of £50,000 based on performance
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00am – 1:00pm)

Duties
* Conduct maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on customer vehicles efficiently and to high standards
* Identify vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment accurately
* Explain repairs and vehicle issues clearly to customers, offering exceptional customer service
* Complete work within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards
* Adhere to health and safety requirements and company procedures
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a professional environment
* NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 qualifications (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
* Valid UK manual driving licence, with no more than 3 penalty points
* MOT tester certification is advantageous but not essential
* Strong customer service skills and professional appearance
* Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workshop setting
