Building Surveyor | Belfast A respected property and construction consultancy is seeking a Chartered or experienced Building Surveyor to join their established team in Belfast. With a broad client base across commercial, education, residential, and public sectors, this consultancy delivers tailored surveying and project management services across Northern Ireland and beyond. Your new role as a Building Surveyor You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of professional and project-based building surveying services. This includes defect diagnosis, dilapidations, building surveys, project coordination, and contract administration. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and fellow consultants to ensure successful project outcomes from inception through to completion. What you will need to succeed as a Building Surveyor To be considered for this role, you should have: A degree in Building Surveying with a minimum of 2-years post graduate experience Chartered status (MRICS) or be working towards chartership Strong knowledge of building pathology, construction methods, and relevant legislation Experience in both professional and project-based surveying services Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently What's in it for you?
