Who We’re Looking For To strengthen the collective skills of the Board, we are particularly interested in candidates with experience or expertise in: ● School Improvement – safeguarding, secondary education ● Finance – finance, accountancy ● Audit & Risk – audit, procurement, risk management, law ● Infrastructure – estates management, procurement, health & safety ● Pay & People – HR, employment law Trustees are also company directors and are expected to contribute to at least one specialist committee aligned to their skills.
