Overview
Customer Services / Order Processing Administrator. We are recruiting for a new role with a client in the healthcare marketplace, based just north of Alton in Hampshire. The role is to work as a member of a small (but growing) team of 6 customer services / office administration people.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming customer calls, addressing customers questions around products, deliveries and services.
* Process orders and invoices.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Excellent phone voice; understand the importance of happy customers, and know diplomacy and tact are key to the backbone of a strong sales department.
* An interest in working within healthcare would be an advantage.
* Comfortable working with a computer-based system.
* Live within 30 minutes travel of Alton in Hampshire.
Details
The role is office based, 9-5, but for the right person there is a degree of flexibility and potential to be set up to work from home for 1 day per week.
