Job Description

As a Business Development Manager – Immediate House Sales you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth in lending to customers in the residential cash‑buying property market. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.


Responsibilities

* Identify and target potential clients within the cash‑buying residential property space, building strong relationships to increase customer base and client loyalty
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends and competitor activities and then use this information to inform business strategy and client engagement
* Work with the Director of IHS to create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed business targets
* Establish and maintain professional relationships with industry stakeholders, including estate agents, brokers and property investors
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by the IHS channel and present these to clients in a clear manner
* Actively manage a sales pipeline ensuring customers receive the required updates
* Negotiate pricing and funding levels with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while meeting company revenue goals


Qualifications

* Strong understanding of experience of dealing with residential property
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Strong planning and organisation skills
* Background in telephone or face‑to‑face sales
* Able to operate outside of own personal objectives and work in a team to achieve business objectives and maximise sales
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience of working with a CRM system and updating contact records
