We’re looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. In this role, you will gather requirements, improve processes, and support business change to deliver effective solutions. This role offers the chance to contribute to a growing Business Transformation function and make a meaningful impact across the organisation. The role can be based at either our Manchester or Birmingham office.
The Role
* Gather and document business requirements
* Analyse and improve processes (As-Is, To-Be, gap analysis)
* Build stakeholder relationships and manage expectations
* Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
* Support solution design, testing, and implementation
* Contribute to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
The Candidate
* At least 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
* A formal Business Analysis qualification
* Experience with user stories, use cases, and process mapping
* Knowledge of Agile or PRINCE2 delivery frameworks
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
