Job Description:
This is a hybrid, full-time permanent position based in Birmingham city centre, offering up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience. This role involves working alongside team members to streamline the company’s contracts and procurement processes.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Analyzing and verifying information provided by customers, suppliers, and partners related to contracts.
2. Recording the details of documents and contracts, both electronic and paper, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.
3. Ensuring systems, documents, spreadsheets, and SharePoint are complete and up-to-date.
4. Liaising with other teams within the business to ensure compliance.
5. Providing regular reports to the Contracts Manager and escalating concerns when required.
