Teaching Assistant - Connah's Quay
Pay: £88.94 - £105 per day

We are looking for a supportive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic secondary school in Connah's Quay. This is a great opportunity to work closely with students across KS3 and KS4, helping them engage, progress and feel confident in the classroom.
About the Role:
Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups
Assisting teachers with daily classroom tasks
Helping pupils stay focused, motivated and regulated
Working with a range of learning needs
Contributing to a positive and nurturing learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with young people (school, youth work, coaching etc.)
Patient, reliable and able to build strong relationships
Confident supporting a range of needs and abilities
Positive attitude with good communication skills
Able to follow instructions and use initiative
