The Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you'll provide hands-on care, build meaningful relationships, and help create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. You'll also work closely with your team to deliver consistent, high-quality care aligned with individual plans.
What you'll do:
* Deliver direct support based on care plans, helping children with daily activities and emotional wellbeing.
* Build positive relationships and act as a supportive role model.
* Challenge inappropriate behavior and celebrate achievements.
* Maintain accurate records, contribute to planning meetings, and ensure children's voices are heard.
* Support health, safety, and safeguarding standards at all times.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
What We're Looking For

* Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional boundaries.
* Flexible and reliable, willing to cover weekends and sleep-ins.
* Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Bonus: Experience in residential care or knowledge of trauma-informed approaches.
