Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and dedicated IT Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 administration and a proven ability to provide exceptional first‑line support in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including user accounts, licenses, and permissions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
* Implement and enforce security best practices for Microsoft 365.
* Provide prompt and efficient technical support to end‑users via tickets, email, remote support and in‑person.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across our offices.
* Assist users with Microsoft Office applications and other productivity tools.
* Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain operating systems & updates.
* Manage and update the IT asset log.
* Assist the IT onboarding of new staff.
* Contribute to the digital transformation strategy.
* Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for IT procedures and processes.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical qualification such as a Microsoft certification.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
* In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience with Windows and Android operating systems.
* Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.
* Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of cloud computing platforms.
* Experience using PowerShell and scripting.
