Responsibilities
* Coordinating Capillary Electrophoresis, iCE, CD, and MFI instrument maintenance and qualification
* Serving as technical expert for instrument hardware and software
* Supporting new and existing systems through installation, configuration, validation, procedure development/review, training, troubleshooting and software/firmware management
* Assisting validation personnel in determining approach to validate new technologies and providing technical and/or regulatory support
* Researching instrumentation using information from vendors, manuals, industry resources, and other staff
* Working with the validation group to write validation protocols, test scripts, and related documentation in accordance with the established validation program
* Reviewing and assessing documents written by validation personnel for approach, GMP compliance, consistency, and thoroughness, consistent with internal validation procedures
* Coordinating installation and execution of validation testing, documenting results, assessing vendor or validation personnel documentation, and summarizing results to identify compliance with the test plan
* Performing instrument troubleshooting and operational training when required
Qualifications
* BSc in Science (Chemistry, Biology, Physics or Similar), Engineering Degree, or BSc in Computer Sciences with exposure/experience in the Life Sciences
* Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, working Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., plus any additional hours as needed. Candidates currently living within commutable distance to Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
