About the Role
We are looking for an approachable and forward‑thinking Admin Assistant and Attendance Officer with strong interpersonal skills to join our supportive and collaborative team. Working alongside staff, children and parents you will be an ambassador for the school demonstrating a commitment and passion to our mission, ensuring every child, whatever their background, receives a high quality education.
Grade 4 point 5 FTE £25,583 (Estimated Actuals £22,371)
37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year. Working pattern Monday – Friday 8:15 – 16:15 (3 hours unpaid break split over the 5 days)
As the Admin Assistant and Attendance Officer you’ll be an efficient administrator with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and multi‑task. As the first point of contact for all visitors you’ll create a warm and welcoming environment demonstrating a calm and confident manner. You’ll promote excellent attendance and build good relationships with students, parents, and staff to address attendance issues which will ensure the overall well‑being of our school community.
