Job Description
I am working with an international law firm in Manchester and they are looking for a strong Document Production Operator to work remotely 10.30pm-6.30pm. However. the training will be held in their Manchester office so candidates will need to be able to travel to their office for three weeks.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Production of documents and correspondence in line with house style templates and precedents. Please note, the working pattern for this opportunity is 10.30pm-6.30am.
DUTIES
The following list of duties is not exhaustive but gives a flavour of the duties the IT Trainer undertakes:
● Produces high quality and accurate documents
● Meets clients expectations, ensuring deadlines are adhered to
● Resolves technical issues and provides alternative solutions where required
● Follows instructions to deliver documents in the manner and format requested
● Adheres to the firm's risk and compliance policies and procedures and raises any issues or queries promptly with the immediate line manager
● Successfully completes, on time, all compulsory firm training.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (BESPOKE TO ROLE)
Any successful applicant will need the following skills and competencies:
● Strong competent use of Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential for this role.
● Experience of working with a wide variety of complex documents and document formats
● Two years' experience (or equivalent) gained within a comparable document production environment
● Willingness to work overnight hours and be flexible according to client needs (the working pattern for this position is 10.30pm-6.30am)
Although this is a remote role, the ideal candidate will be based in Manchester and will be required to attend the Manchester office for training purposes.
