The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant As an SEN Teaching Assistant working through Academics, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with special educational needs. Support the class teacher in maintaining an inclusive, engaging learning environment. Help manage behaviour using supportive and consistent strategies. Assist with personal care and wellbeing support where required. Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.About You To be considered for this SEN Teaching Assistant position, you should have: Previous experience supporting children with SEN (essential) A patient, empathetic, and resilient nature. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
