Location: Newbury + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What you’ll do
We\u2019re recruiting for an Operations & Billing Specialist to join our Wholesale Finance team, here at VodafoneThree.
VodafoneThree Wholesale has significant growth ambitions in the UK market and has been successfully signing new MVNOs on to the Vodafone network. We launched with ASDA and Gigs as managed MVNOs, with another MVNO in delivery.
The role will be to assist the existing team with the management of the MVNE Online Charging System and associated platforms, the administration of the CRM system and the management of the MVNE platform provider Digitalk. It offers the opportunity to be part a growing team in an exciting and dynamic part of our UK business.
Wider responsibilities will also include:
* Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and configuration of the Online Charging System and associated platforms
* Responsible for raising problem cases into MVNE platform provider and owning through to resolution
* Own the “you said, we did” list raised by Wholesale team focussing on CRM improvements
* Assist with operational reporting and data analysis
* Aid both the Operations Manager and Service Manager to ensure Vodafone\u2019s contractual obligations to the MVNO are met
* Jointly responsible for all UAT as a result of deployed CRQ\u2019s delivered as part of operational improvement plans
Who you are
* Demonstrable experience in billing operations and support
* Able to prioritise multiple work streams, work to extremely tight deadlines and remain cool under pressure
* Advanced knowledge of the Digitalk or another vendor billing and CRM system, or ability to demonstrate key principles of those systems
* Technical understanding of mobile networks would be advantageous
* Knowledge of SQL and ability to query database tables would be desirable
* Previous experience in billing and rating within a telecommunications company would be preferred
