Purpose
Red4Bed is a dynamic and innovative start-up healthcare/lifestyle company dedicated to revolutionizing the sleep market. We are currently moving from pre‑commercial to launch and seek an experienced product & brand marketing manager to lead this phase. The role involves translating our Sage × Creator brand blueprint into creative, performance-driven campaigns and retail‑ready collateral.
Core Functions & Key Responsibilities
1. Go-to-Market Execution & DTC Growth
* Lead launch strategy across Shopify, landing pages, and UX optimisation.
* Manage paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google to meet CAC and ROAS targets.
* Coordinate tools for 3PL and customer service for efficient fulfilment.
1. Brand & Content Development
* Oversee creative production including packaging, photography, video, and UGC.
* Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
1. Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
* Create automated email and SMS flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back).
* Run A/B tests to improve subject lines, offers, and onsite conversions.
1. Influencer & Community Engagement
* Manage influencer outreach, seeding campaigns, and rights management.
* Moderate and grow online communities (e.g., Facebook/Slack).
* Identify and execute co-marketing partnerships.
1. Insights & Analytics
* Conduct surveys pre/post-launch and translate insights into strategies.
* Track marketing performance metrics and report regularly.
1. Retail & Compliance Support
* Prepare trade marketing materials for retail.
* Ensure compliance with UK/EU regulations.
Experience & Skills Profile
* Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or higher) in business or marketing.
* 3–5 years in FMCG, wellness, or DTC start-up marketing.
* Experience with physical product launches, experiential events.
* Proficiency in Shopify, CRM, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Spark partnerships.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
* Proven skills in lifecycle/email automation and CRO testing.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
* Experience with Agile/Scrum or Gantt project management tools.
