We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to join our team at Aberdeen Airport, working full-time (contracted to 40 hours per week).
As a Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving food that truly brightens our clients' and customers' days - all within the UK's market-leading food service company. What You'll Be Doing: Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
Overseeing and implementing menu changes
Identifying opportunities to improve food services
Listening to and acting on customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Supporting the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
Representing ESS and maintaining a strong brand image
Monitoring stock levels to ensure kitchens are well-supplied
Overseeing kitchen cleaning tasks and maintaining hygiene standards
Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations
More About the Role: Prepare, cook, and present food to the highest standards - checking for taste, presentation, and quality
Ensure all food preparation follows strict hygiene procedures
Support all areas of the kitchen as needed
Serve food promptly and maintain efficiency, especially during busy periods
Our Ideal Chef Will: Have experience running a Central Production Kitchen or working in Food Manufacturing for Distribution
Create a positive, team-focused working environment
