Role: HGV Class 1 Driver
Location: Ashton-in-Makerfield
Hours: AM & PM shifts / 45 hours +
Pay: £23.37 - £26.02 per hour
HG Recruitment are recruiting Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for our client based in Ashton-in-Makerfield, Wigan. This is a temporary to permanent position with the consistency, commitment & benefits associated with “full time work” for a blue-chip employer. The role will consist of store deliveries with 1 to 2 drops per day.
We are also introducing a “WEEKEND SPECIAL” rota, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday shift with an AM and PM starts. All four days are paid at a special rate of £23.37 to £26.02 per hour.

The Requirements:
A full, UK Category C+E licence
No more than 6 minor points on your licence
Valid Digital Tacho and CPC cards
Understanding of driver hours, regulations, and Working Time Directive
Strong geographical knowledge
