Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position available:

Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Conwy
Rate: Negotiable (depending on experience)
Length: Up to 6 months
Hours: 9am – 5pm (Weekdays only)
Work Pattern: On Site
Key Responsibilities include:
* Respond to tenant enquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and support on housing-related issues
* Update and maintain customer records using the housing management system to ensure all interactions are accurately documented
* Signpost tenants to relevant services and support, including rent advice, welfare support, or tenancy sustainment teams
* Handle complaints professionally and empathetically, working to resolve issues promptly and in line with the organisation’s procedures
Essential Criteria:
* Basic DBS
* Previous Customer Service experience, ideally in a health, social care, or third-sector setting
