As part of the team, you will gain experience working with these clients and have opportunities to grow your career with us at Deloitte, through individual training, support and development.What skills and academic qualifications do I need?We are looking for applicants who have obtained or are studying towards a minimum 2:1 and have obtained your degree by September 2026.What kind of work will I do?As an Analyst in Human Capital, HR Applications, you will work on large-scale technology transformations, working across the full lifecycle from the design through to implementation.A client facing role working as part of a team of Deloitte Human Capital consultants, supporting our clients to think differently about how they lead and deliver HR services across their organisations through reimagining and transforming their HR Systems.Every project is different, but some typical examples of responsibilities include:Supporting clients in enhancing their HR technology landscape with a focus on integrating AI and GenAI solutions.Working with senior leaders to understand the organisationrequirements, and how these can vary by function, location or region, identifying opportunities for using AI.Developing expertise in particular areas of the system, such as Recruitment, Performance Management and Time & Attendance, with an emphasis on using AI and HR AI technologies.Hosting system demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions with clients, based on your areas of expertise, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of AI-powered HR solutions.Configuring the chosen HR application to align to the clientsrequirements and enabling the delivery of the strategic aims for the technology implementation, including the seamless integration of AI components.Developing bespoke technical solutions such as management dashboards, reports, AI chatbots and integrations with other applications, using your knowledge of AI, GenAI, and HR AI technologies.Receiving enhanced training and\/or becoming a certified implementation practitioner for your HR application.Supporting with the preparation of documents\/presentations to deliver recommendations to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of AI-driven HR transformation.Proactively working within the practice to support on internalfprogrammesfand initiatives that align with business priorities and your own personal interests.
