Mandarin-Speaking IT Desk Support - 1-Year Contract Location: London Start: ASAP Pay rate: £16-£17 p/h
A London-based financial institution is seeking an IT Desk Support professional for a 1-year contract role. The role is onsite and with an immediate start. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic IT team providing hands-on support in a corporate office environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide first-line technical support for desktops, Windows systems, printers, phones, and other office IT equipment
* Monitor IT systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations
* Assist with system deployment, IT inventory, and basic user training
* Support infrastructure projects and follow internal IT policies
Requirements
* At least 2 years\' IT support experience, ideally in financial services
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and basic networking
* Experience with hardware troubleshooting and device maintenance
* Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Relevant certifications (e.g. MCSA, CCNA) are desirable but not essential.
