We are a Ministry of Justice business and provide critical and time-bound services to HMPPS. We are looking for a Painter & Decorator with any combination of:
Responsibilities
* Perform painting and decorating tasks as part of the Facilities Maintenance Team to support safe and secure operations.
* Collaborate with colleagues across trades (Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, Administrators) to maintain and improve prison facilities.
Qualifications
* A City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent (or significant experience/time served in a similar role).
* Experience working in a maintenance team.
* An honest and reliable character with a sense of purpose and pace.
* Good health and safety knowledge.
* Excellent organisational, time management and people skills.
