Key responsibilities:
* Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts through to execution, securing approvals, preparing summaries, and resolving post-execution queries, claims and disputes.
* Ensuring compliance with company contracting principles, policies and code of conduct.
* Providing advice and support to Business and Sales Managers on contractual and commercial risk.
* Monitoring developments in contract law, briefing management on changes and identifying suitable responses.
* Maintaining and updating contract templates, terms and the contracts register, ensuring consistent use across the business.
