1. Hold QTS
2. Be an experienced teacher or ECT looking for flexibility in their working life, and to gain as much experience as possible in a range of different primary schools
3. Be confident, hardworking and a team player
4. Have good knowledge of the primary curriculum with effective lesson planning that is tailored to individual needs
5. Be prepared for EYFS/KS1 & KS2 roles
