If the answer is yes to both questions, we have a newly created Head of Risk, Regulatory and Policy role which could be perfect for you.
This is a senior role responsible for the Risk, Regulatory and Policy strategy, framework, and its implementation across the business. Balancing a strong sense of commerciality with extensive knowledge of regulation required for a business of this scale, you'll protect the business through ensuring delivery of appropriate governance, policy, processes, procedures, licenses, registrations, and compliance.

1. Significant experience of regulatory compliance within a medium to large UK organisation and an understanding of issues in relation to risk, policies, and governance.

3. Proven ability to implement processes, protocols, and systems to support a rapidly consolidating organisation.
4. Able to work strategically, but also comfortable actioning operational tasks as required.
