Following the UC3 tender process, Relevent Football Partners (RFP) was awarded the commercial rights to the UEFA men’s club competitions (Champions League, Europa League and Conference League) on a global basis for the 2027 to 2033 cycle. As such, RFP is now seeking to build a truly world class business focused on the monetisation of these commercial rights. Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support the Head of FP&A in delivering financial insight, strategic planning, and business partnering across the organisation. This role is critical in helping shape the financial future of a fast-paced, international business with a global footprint in sports marketing. Key responsibilities Business Partnering Collaborate with functional leads to understand business drivers and provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making. Build strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and performance metrics. Assist in preparing and delivering high-quality reporting and analysis to senior leadership. Budgeting & Forecasting Support the development and maintenance of the annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes. Assist in challenging assumptions and validating inputs from business units to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic goals. Contribute to scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate risks and opportunities. Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPI packs for internal stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting outputs. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support commercial initiatives and investment decisions. Requirements Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Strong experience in Microsoft Excel for analysis, and reporting. Proven ability to organise and manage timelines, ensuring alignment across teams. Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a high attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately. A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and gain trust quickly. Desirable Attributes Experience at a Big 4 Familiarity with sports, media, or entertainment industries. Exposure to multi-currency and multi-entity financial environments.
