Multi‑Site Business Manager, Charlotte Tilbury – Boots East Anglia
40 hours per week, Full Time position, Permanent Contract. Located in Peterborough, Bury St Edmonds, Lincoln.

Key Accountabilities
* Reporting to the Area Manager; responsible for creating and driving an ultimate experience of the Charlotte Tilbury brand by exceeding KPIs and inspiring the team to deliver and be their best.
* Championing customer experience – turning customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors by selling our spellbinding products, leading by example, and ensuring they return.
* Coaching and mentoring the team – supporting and developing team members through on‑the‑job training, coaching and ongoing support.
* Collaborating and innovating – influencing and building lasting cross‑functional relationships within retail and head office.
Your Skills and Experience
* Proven management experience at Deputy Manager level or above with a track record of delivering exceptional results across KPIs and people, ideally from a fast‑paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
* A true leader who believes that their strength is matched by that of the team and who inspires team members to become their best selves while empowering them to think limitless.
* Highly organised and a problem‑solver who can think on the fly with an innovative spirit, adapt style and implement processes and routines.
