The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, working closely with the Sales and Purchasing teams to ensure efficient coordination and communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaising with Sales and Purchasing teams to support operational processes
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Managing general administrative duties including data entry, document preparation and filing
* Providing office support to the wider team
* Handling incoming calls and email enquiries
* Assisting with stock, supplier, and customer documentation
* Supporting internal reporting and record-keeping systems
About You
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to work across departments
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
* Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
* Positive, team-oriented attitude
