We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Learning Support Assistant at a superb Primary school in Bourne End. The role is Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 4pm, providing 1:1 support. The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will aid teachers in creating a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment. Support children, including those with SEND, working with them on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. Assist teachers in organising and implementing educational activities inside and outside the classroom. Provide personal care support and motivate children to encourage their educational progress. Requirements: Able to work Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 4pm. Prior experience working with children is preferred; general experience with children is essential. Comfortable providing 1:1 support for SEND children. Have or be willing to obtain a Child Only DBS. Live locally to Bourne End or within a commutable distance.
