hotel guests and exclusive members alike, offering a holistic approach to
wellbeing in a 5-star environment. We are currently seeking a passionate and
driven Assistant Wellness Manager to join our dedicated team and support the
continued excellence of our wellness operations.
Role Summary:
As Assistant Wellness Manager, you will work closely with the Wellness Manager
to oversee the day-to-day running of our Spa and Aqua Club. Your role will be
vital in ensuring a consistently high-quality guest and member experience,
while supporting the team and contributing to the success of the department.
You will bring a proactive, hands-on approach and a strong sense of leadership
to help maintain smooth operations and team morale.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support in managing the daily operations of the Spa and Aqua Club,
ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience for all guests and members.
* Supervise and support the wellness team, helping to lead daily
briefings, allocate tasks, and ensure service excellence.
* Assist in recruitment, induction, and ongoing development of team
members.
* Write and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage and
operational efficiency.
* Conduct regular one-to-one performance check-ins and support team
wellbeing.
* Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints with
professionalism and empathy, always seeking timely and satisfactory
resolutions.
* Monitor health, safety, and cleanliness standards in all wellness
areas.
* Maintain effective stock control, ordering supplies and products in
a timely manner to ensure availability without overstocking.
* Assist with managing Aqua Club memberships, ensuring all members
feel valued and receive personalised attention.
* Act as a key point of contact in the event of an emergency,
following all necessary protocols to ensure guest and staff safety.
* Provide administrative support including reporting, scheduling, and
supporting promotional activities or wellness events.
* Contribute ideas for improving service delivery and driving
departmental revenue.

* Experience in a spa, fitness, or hospitality environment.
* Understanding of wellness services and guest expectations in a
luxury setting.
* Basic knowledge of spa treatments or wellness industry trends.

hours over 5 days.
