What you’ll be doing:
You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional food for VIP clients, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards. You’ll lead a brigade of 11 – including chefs and kitchen assistants – within a fast-paced, quality-driven production kitchen.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Head Chef in daily operations and food production
* Leading and mentoring a skilled kitchen team
* Ensuring food safety, consistency, and presentation are second to none
* Overseeing stock control and kitchen efficiency
* Maintaining exceptional standards under tight deadlines
What we’re looking for:
* A proven Sous Chef with 3+ years of progressive experience
* Someone with great leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A chef who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in high-spec dishes
* Passionate about fresh food and able to deliver under pressure
* Confident working in a high-end or premium production kitchen
