Health and Safety Officer 25 hours per week | Flexible working hours | £17 per hour We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business. They are now looking to appoint a Health and Safety Officer to manage the site’s full H&S function, working closely with the Operations Director. This is a genuinely influential role where you’ll help shape safety culture, strengthen compliance, and directly impact the wellbeing of everyone on site. The Role You will lead a proactive Health & Safety function, ensuring safe systems of work are understood, embedded and continuously improved across the operation. You’ll act as the trusted voice for safety on site — supporting leaders, guiding teams, and driving practical improvements.
