Responsibilities
As a Quality & Compliance Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our quality mission – supporting continuous improvement across our services. Your role will directly contribute to ensuring that the people we support receive the highest possible standards of support every day.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Taking part in regular quality reviews of our services, across residential and supported living services.
* Leading on thematic reviews – identifying themes and trends, areas of good practice and developing insightful reports that drive quality improvement.
* Monitoring and assessing compliance with internal policies and procedures, CQC regulations and best practice standards.
* Spending time in services - supporting operational teams to identify and delivery quality improvements.
* Assisting the Head of Quality & Governance to monitor and review quality assurance and improvement processes to ensure they are fit for purpose.
* Create opportunities for people to provide feedback on the quality of services and their experience of support.
* Building effective working relationship with operational teams and colleagues in other departments to maintain a focus on quality.
* Championing our vision and values in everything you do – with a focus on excellence, inclusion and collaboration.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in adult social care.
* A strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
* Proven skills in quality assurance and quality improvement.
* Strong attention to detail.
* A strong operational grasp of supported living and residential support services.
* Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build positive relationship across teams.
* A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Above all, a deep commitment to doing the right thing and supporting others to do the right thing.
