Whether you're supporting internal teams or coordinating with external partners, your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service through clear, consistent, and proactive communication. If you're ready to embrace this exciting opportunity and make a genuine difference from behind the scenes, we encourage you to apply today! Can you bring the following into the role? Ability to apply standards, protocols, and systems with a strong customer-first mindset. A passion for keeping the customer at the heart of real-time decision-making. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think proactively and reactively to resolve issues effectively. Excellent communication skills, able to convey information clearly and confidently to internal teams. Tenacity and a positive attitude, able to work well under pressure in a dynamic control environment. Personable and collaborative, with a style that reflects GTR's values and vision.
