The role.
The role reports to the Junior Financial Controller and is responsible for end-to-end management of Transactional Accounting including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions of the business, acting as a partner for business owners

Driving improvements of transactional and billing processes with several cross functional teams including Finance, Procurement & Sal
- es.Lead on the automation of AP/AR processes within Netsuite including PO implementation, automatic bank feeds and providing insightful reporti
- ng.Establishing relationships with business owners helping to promptly sort out queries they may have with any customer and supplier issu
- es.Overseeing the end-to-end AP/AR process from supplier and customer onboarding, to invoice processing, approvals and payment ru
- ns.Full reconciliations of AP and AR ledgers including system matching, ageing review and vendor and customer manageme
- nt.Responsible for inter-company transactions reconciliations and daily cash transfers, working closely with the Treasury department including FX transactio
- ns.Ownership of all credit cards transactions and employee expenses proce
- ss.Assisting with audit queries relating to all these process
