Derby Audi has a rare opportunity available for a motivated and driven Aftersales Manager.
As an Sytner Aftersales Manager, you will lead from the front and inspire colleagues. You will deliver a full Aftersales service to our customers, including service, bodyshop, and parts. You will maximize the profitability of sales such as parts, labour hours, MOT, lubricants, tyres, and subcontracted sales. Our Aftersales department is a large operation spanning multiple locations, and you will also oversee our fully VWG Approved Bodyshop.
You will be an integral member of the Dealership's Senior Leadership Team, focusing on delivering the best customer service with a clear vision to run an efficient and professional aftersales operation.
About you
Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is essential, along with strong technical knowledge. You should be able to work in a high-pressure environment and possess excellent leadership skills to drive a team forward.
You should strive for operational excellence, have a strategic mindset, and ensure that the customer always comes first.
Applicants must have management or supervisory experience in an Aftersales department as a minimum requirement.
