Who we are looking for

A Supplier Relationship Officer (SRO), who will be involved in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).


As a central point of expertise within the Business, the role of SRO is pivotal in all facets of supplier engagement and continuous performance management, aligning with SRM best practice and Company policy.


Within this role, the contract renewal process for our preferred suppliers will be initiated promptly, enabling comprehensive reviews, including negotiation of terms and conditions, commercials and SLA’s.


The SRO will manage supplier reviews, ensuring suppliers are delivering to their full potential, whilst also building and developing relationships with our internal customers and stakeholders.


Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from their first day of employment.


Main Responsibilities

1. Reviewing due diligence to mitigate supply chain risks and manage the Preferred Supplier List.
2. Coordinating framework agreements to enhance supplier performance and achieve VFM.
3. Collaborating with suppliers and service owners to address supplier issues.
4. Negotiating and establishing performance criteria for suppliers, ensuring achievable and measurable KPIs.
