Duties and Responsibilities
* Perform account analysis according to the underwriting guidelines in order to assist the team in underwriting a complex international Healthcare portfolio.
* Authorizing of quotes, binders and invoices in accordance with own authority and company guidelines
* Liaison with other LOB in order to enhance the Healthcare offering
* Corresponding with brokers with respect to outstanding information pursuant to binding
* Maintenance of underwriting files in an orderly manner and in accordance with the underwriting guidelines
* Attend client/broker meetings, lunches, dinners and other social outings as applicable
* Providing service and support to existing policyholders
* Management of internal services and third-party partners to ensure our clients benefit from the full suite of AW benefits.
Person Specification
* 3 years of industry experience – Healthcare preferred but not essential
* Must be articulate and personable as there will be significant dealings with clients and brokers including attendance and presentations at meetings
* Basic marketing, negotiation and presentation skills but with a clear aptitude to develop such
* Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize work
* Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative manner
* Language skills an advantage but not essential
