About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS cloud platforms, Azure, and technical team collaboration. You will play a vital role in scaling agile processes, working closely with technical and platform teams, and managing multiple squads within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage 5-6 agile delivery teams in a fast-paced environment
* Remodelling and migrating platforms to AWS and Azure platforms
* Work with technical teams and platform teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Maintain a well-organised workflow using JIRA and other tools
* Coordinate product transfer activities and ensure smooth handovers
* Facilitate quarterly planning and squad meetings
* Stay updated with DevOps practices and ensure team adherence
Key Experience needed:
* Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager with 5+ years in a similar role
* Experience working on AWS and Azure cloud platforms
* Strong understanding of technical backgrounds and Agile scaling frameworks
* Ability to manage multiple squads
* Experience with JIRA and PowerPoint presentations
* Background in product transfer and transferring working practices
* Knowledge of DevOps practices
Hybrid working - 1 day a week in a London-based officeDuration - Initial 6 months
Rate - up to £750pd inside ir35 via umbrella
