The Role
To provide support and advice around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits, health and personal issues allowing service users to work towards independent living.
Based in Salisbury relief hours (Option to have contracted hours).
* Experience of working in supported housing or a related field.
* Experience of working unsupervised and on your own initiative.
* Ability to form and maintain professional working relationships with a range of individuals.
* Experience of working as part of a team.
* Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
* Experience of forming and maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
* Basic IT skills with the ability to record information accurately, objectively and within prescribed timescale.
* To be able to work on a flexible rota and to include evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins.
* To be able to cover on a flexible rota to include some evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins.
* To hold or be committed to personal development through training level 3 or above accreditation.
* Hold a full driving licence with access to a road worthy vehicle and business insurance.
