About the Role Support pupils of various ages and abilities, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils build confidence and develop key learning skills Encourage positive behaviour and promote an inclusive learning environment Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to meet individual pupil needs We’re Looking for Someone Who Is: Patient, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting children’s learning Reliable, flexible, and adaptable to different school environments Confident working with children from a range of backgrounds and age groups A strong team player with good communication skills A Welsh speaker (desirable but not essential) Requirements Teaching Personnel can support you in obtaining the following: Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service References covering the past two years Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
