Overview
As a MarTech Manager, you will serve as a key link between the central marketing team and our local brands. You’ll work closely with local marketing, development and data teams to ensure best-in-class implementation, integration, and usage of key marketing tools and platforms. Your focus will be on enabling consistent and accurate data tracking, supporting marketing tool adoption, including our proprietary tracking tool, and building scalable frameworks that empower our local teams to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
* Audit & Support Local Implementations: Collaborate with local teams to ensure proper setup and maintenance of platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Nume (internal) and other digital measurement tools.
* Tool Implementation & Integration: Support and guide the rollout of marketing technology platforms (e.g., HubSpot, CDPs, server-side tagging) across the group.
* Develop Best Practices: Create and maintain centralized documentation, playbooks, and implementation guidelines to standardize marketing technology usage across brands.
* Cross-functional Liaison: Act as the bridge between marketing, tech and data — helping all sides speak the same language to ensure seamless tracking, tooling, and integration.
* Training & Enablement: Educate local marketing teams on how to effectively use MarTech tools, from campaign setup to lead tracking and performance reporting.
* Data & Privacy Compliance: Support proper configuration of tracking tools in alignment with GDPR and other relevant data privacy standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 5-7+ years in a digital marketing or marketing technology role, ideally in a multi-brand or international environment.
* Technical Fluency: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, HubSpot, and server-side tagging. Familiarity with tools like Google BigQuery, Funnel.io, Amplitude, and Supermetrics is a plus.
* Project Management: Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across geographies and time zones. Able to translate marketing needs into technical requirements.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify the complex for non-technical audiences.
* Languages: English required; additional European languages are a strong plus.
* Mindset: Curious, collaborative, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment and you can work independently.
