Key duties will include:
* Maximise opportunities to increase sales by understanding the features, benefits, unique selling points and other relevant information of our product and services.
* Manage incoming enquiries, updating existing bookings, and secure business in line with agreed strategies, booking policies and procedures.
* Responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to optimise commercial opportunity.
* Keep up to date on products, services, pricing, and special promotional offers.
* Maintain a high standard of communication with guests, including understanding and resolving guest complaints and enquiries and ensuring confirmation of bookings.
* Co‑ordinate the booking journey from enquiry to sale.
* Work with our booking systems along with a guest‑focused service at all times, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of the brand.
About you
* GCSE English and Maths to grade minimum C (essential).
* Experience of working to revenue targets.
* Experience in delivering and exceeding sales targets.
* Outbound sales experience.
* Experience of working with service level agreements.
* Experience of providing administrative support within a professional organisation dealing with internal and external clients.
* Experience of working in a busy office environment and managing time effectively.
* Knowledge of booking systems (full training will be given).

Your contract
You will be on a permanent 40‑hour contract.
You will be working 5 days out of 7 with working hours varying over a 7‑day rota basis, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required.
